The hottest health craze in London (literally)

This week I tried an infrared sauna in London. It was my first time and I was terrified — I can’t last longer than five minutes in a normal sauna and infrared saunas claim to heat your body more effectively (up to three times as much), so even the thought of spending 45 minutes in one already had me hot and bothered.

For the love of running and good gear

I have fallen back in love with running. Everyday my alarm goes off at 5.45am on the other side of the room. I am forced to get up to turn it off, at which point I chug a large glass of water and then lie back down for 10 to 15 minutes as I slowly wake up.
